Terms of Service

General:
- Yes, you may use any art as icons or banners as long as there is credit to my username or accounts. I am @thetechnicolorphase on Tumblr, Artfight, and Sheezy.art!
- Payment for commissions will be sent after I finish the sketch. This keeps me as the artist accountable for working on it!
- Any payment is through PayPal for now.
- Small changes can be made throughout the process of drawing, but requesting large changes such as poses or items cannot be done once lineart is finished.
- Do not use my art for anything hateful or NSFW.
- Do not heavily edit over my art without asking me first. (Things such as simple filters are OK!)- When commissioning me, you are welcome to describe poses or expressions you want me to include. This helps me as the artist visualize things better!Things I CAN draw:
- Humans and humanoids
- Original Characters
- Object characters
- Characters from animated media or video games
- My Little Pony type characters
- Anthros that are more humanoid than animalThings I CAN’T draw:
- Real life people or actors (may have exceptions if it’s something I am familiar with)
- Real life animals
- Feral or four-legged anthro characters
- Mecha/Complex robots
- Anything problematic, hateful, or NSFW
- I refuse to draw some TV shows and media; you can ask for this list if needed.I have the right to decline a commission if I’m uncomfortable with what you’re asking for.Do not claim my art as your own or someone else’s, and do not put my artwork through any form of AI training.
